CLASSES:
Q: Can I change my class attendance from once a week to twice a week or more, and vice versa?
A: Yes. After you register as a member, you may change your attendance as your schedule allows. We will adjust your monthly tuition rate as necessary.
Q: What if I am on hiatus/extended absence?
A: In the event of foreseen absences longer than one month, the student will need to notify us in writing via email. We will put your tuition fees on hold for up to 3 months or until you return, whichever comes first. Your place in class will be held and no person on a class waiting list will be able to take your place in the class unless you cancel your membership. If you must be on hiatus longer than 3 months you must notify us so that we can add additional time to your hiatus.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept checks, cash or debit/credit cards through Square, Venmo and Cash App. Another convenient payment method is Zelle direct payment.
Q: What if I need to quit classes?
A: We would need written notice from you, of your intention to terminate classes. Written notice must be submitted BEFORE the next scheduled tuition due date (usually the 15th of the month, however if a students sets another due date, that's the date we go by) We would also need to schedule an exit discussion so that you can witness the termination of your tuition agreement, ask any questions, give feedback, etc. Tuition agreements cannot be cancelled until an exit discussion is completed.
PRIVATE LESSONS:
Q: Can private lessons be used instead of group lessons?
A: We suggest that students attend group classes, and use private lessons as a means to supplement their studies with extra extensive instruction. At this time we do not offer regularly scheduled private lessons to take the place of the group lessons.
Q: Do you have private lesson packages?
A: While we are happy to provide occasional single private lessons for our students, we have discounted rates for prepaid blocks of 5 private lessons.
