FAQ's about classes
and fees
Q: Can I change my attendance from once a week to twice a week or more, and vice versa?
A: Yes. After you register as a member, you may change your attendance as your schedule allows. We will adjust your monthly tuition rate as necessary.
Q: What if I am on hiatus/extended absence?
A: In the event of foreseen absences longer than one month, the student will need to notify us in writing via email. We will put your tuition fees on hold for up to 6 month or until you return, whichever comes first. Your place in class will be held and no person on a class waiting list will be able to take your place in the class unless you cancel your membership. If you must be on hiatus longer than 6 months you must notify us.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept checks, cash or debit/credit cards. Members may opt to remit their monthly tuition fees by automatic draft.
Q: What if I need to quit classes?
A: We would need written notice from you, of your intention to terminate classes. We would also need to schedule an exit discussion so that you can witness the termination of your tuition agreement, ask any questions, give feedback, etc. Tuition agreements cannot be cancelled until an exit discussion is completed.
